To use a checklist exclusively as a spontaneous checklist, follow the steps below:

• Create a checklist
• Set the end time in which the “spontaneous” checklist should be finished at the latest
• Set the “Repeat” setting to “No repeat”
• Save the checklist
• Open the flowtify app
• Click on the “+” symbol
• Select your previously created spontaneous checklist

The spontaneous checklist now appears in the flowtify app.
