Deficit list

What is a deficit list?

The shortfall list allows for the follow-up of critical points. If the auditor identifies deficiencies during an audit, then these can be worked through by the audited party in the deficiency list. Both parties can follow the process at any time.

How do I create a deficit list?

It is only possible to create a deficit list after an audit or review has been completed:

  • Click on “Audit Management”
  • Select the “Audits performed” tab
  • Find the audit for which you want to create a deficit list and click the button “Activate for xx €” -> at this point the displayed costs will apply!
  • Click on the audit and change to the tab “Deficit list”.
  • In the following you have the possibility to make different settings and filters to create a deficit list according to your needs
  • Before publishing the deficit list in the store, you can first preview it and return to the settings options if necessary
  • Click “Publish to store” to make the final deficit list available to the auditee for processing.

The deficiency list will then appear as the auditee will see it and will be available for both parties to edit. The auditor and the auditee can exchange information about the contents of the gap list (upload files as evidence and send comments) and see each other’s actions.

How can I edit a deficit list?

Once created and published in the store (i.e. delivered to the auditee), the deficit list cannot be modified. You can only edit the deficit list in the sense of processing it.

Processing by the auditee:

  • Click on the menu item Audit results in your branch, select the desired audit click on the tab “Deficit list”.
