Audit Costs

When do audit costs start to accrue?

The audit costs incurred depend on the package you have booked. If you have booked the flat rate, all costs (for a certain contingent of questions) are already included. The following applies to all Pay by Use customers:

When creating an audit template for free, a counter (top right in the template editor) will show you the status of the incurred audit costs when executed.

Costs are incurred for the following activities:

Confirmation of an audit with a debriefing in the Audit Management section, in the “Pending Audits” tab.

Confirmation of an audit without a debriefing in the Audit Management section, in the “Audits performed” tab.

Under the menu item “Management -> Audit costs” you have an overview of your costs at any time. In addition, you will receive an e-mail notification for each purchased audit, provided you have set up a subscription.

Who is authorized to release/confirm audits with costs?

Define in the role authorizations which role is authorized to release/confirm audits with costs. The display of audit costs in the “Administration” section can also be switched on/off individually.
