To import checklist templates, you need a JSON file. File attachments such as images, videos, and PDFs are not imported automatically and must be added separately. Below we explain this process using the "Updated hygiene checks" checklist, which was created in response to the spread of COVID-19.

Checklist: Crisis management
Here you can find the "Crisis management" checklist for regularly reviewing your internal crisis structures: Crisis management checklist (JSON)

Import instructions
Step 1: Import the JSON file
- Download and unzip the ZIP file
- Log in to your flowtify Dashboard
- Go to "Checklist templates"
- Click "Import"
- Select the JSON file
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Step 2: Add attachments
- Open the imported checklist template
- Open individual task templates by clicking the task heading
- Select "Add file" and choose the corresponding files from your computer. For the "Updated hygiene checks" example:
- Assign the PDF to the "Clean contact points" task
- Assign the two JPG files to the "How to protect yourself" task
- Assign the MP4 files to the "FAQ about Coronavirus" task
- Save the task template and then the checklist template
Step 3: Duplicate and customize the checklist template
- Go to "Checklist templates" to see the list of all templates
- Click the "Duplicate" button next to the template title
- Rename the duplicate (e.g. "evening", "afternoon"), adjust the times, and save
You can now publish and install the templates in your stores as usual.
