Tablet does not turn on even though battery is fully charged

Please have understanding that we can answer no technical questions for errors of the device, but only errors which concern the Flowtify solution.

There are a few key combinations that could solve the problem (no guarantee):

Tip 1:

• Press and hold the On/Off button for at least 5 seconds.
• Release the On/Off button.

Tip 2:

• Press and hold the On/Off button for at least 10 seconds.
• Release the button and wait a few seconds.
• Press the On/Off button again.

Tip 3:

• Press and hold the On/Off button and the “-” button simultaneously for a few seconds.
• In the menu that appears, use the “-” key to select the “Reboot” option.

Tip 4:

• Connect the tablet to the charging cable and allow the tablet to charge for several hours (even if the display indicates that the device is already fully charged).
• Repeat “Tip 1”, “Tip 2” and “Tip 3”.

If the above steps are not successful, please contact your IT department or the manufacturer of your tablet.
