What are subscriptions?
Subscriptions are notifications that you can set for various events (e.g. unfinished tasks, daily reports,…).
How do I add a subscription?
To create a subscription, follow the steps below:
- Click on a user account
- Click on the “Subscription” tab
- Click on the “+” symbol
- Select the type of reception of the notification
- Enter a title
- Enter the status of the subscription (active/inactive).
- Select the sites for which you want to receive the notifications.
- Select the events for which you want to be notified
- Click on “Save”
How can I edit a subscription?
To edit a subscription, follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Pen” icon to the right of the existing subscription.
- Edit the desired events for which you want to receive notifications
- Click on “Save”.
How can I delete a subscription?
To delete a subscription, follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Delete” button
- Confirm with “Yes”
