Status Connection

Online (green)

• Immediate transmission of data to the cloud
• Data on device and web dashboard are identical
• Normal working on the tablet possible

Synchronization (orange)

• Tablet occasionally sends data to the cloud
• Tablet tries to connect to the cloud
• Data on the device are current
• Non-synchronized data is buffered on the device
• The device may react somewhat sluggishly.

Less than 2 days Offline (red)

• The device is up to date
  • When using several devices in one operation:
    • Devices do not synchronize with each other. It is possible for devices to display different statuses for checklists/tasks.
  • Data is buffered on the devices until the above statuses Online & Synchronization occur
• Normal working on the device possible

Longer than 2 days Offline (red)

• No display of checklists and tasks
• The device is up to date
  • When using several devices in one operation:
    • Devices do not synchronize with each other. It is possible for devices to display different statuses for checklists/tasks.
  • Data is buffered on the devices until the above statuses Online & Synchronization occur
• No more working on the device possible (avoidance of paper reports recommended)
