Why don’t I see the audit results for branches that have been authorized?

Someone has authorized a store for you to carry out audits there. But now you don’t see the result of the performed audit in the branch overview?

This may be due to the fact that you do not have authorization. The account that approves a branch for you must also give you a role. If that role does NOT have permission for “audit results” at the store level, then you will not be able to see the results.

Contact the company that released the branch to you and ask them to add this authorization.
