Issues
What are Issues?
Issues indicate which tasks require action. The following issues must be distinguished:
- Problems
- Time expired
- Critical
- Comments
What do the individual issues stand for?
Problems:
A checklist is always marked as a “problem” if it could not be edited. Please note the reasons given by the employee in the events.
Time expired:
A checklist which has not been processed in the given time is displayed under the event “Time expired”.
Critical:
A checklist that has been processed but shows critical values is marked as Critical. This can be the case, for example, with temperature measurements.
Comments:
Independent of the processing status of a task, the comments stored by an employee for a task are displayed here.
